WHO I AM & WHAT I DO
Welcome! I’m passionate about what I do and am dedicated to helping my clients move through a wide range of physical issues in the most efficient and transformative way possible by harnessing the body's ability to heal itself. It's an honor to be a part of your healing journey!

I was headed to be a Physical Therapist when a different path came to light in my last year of college, which still allowed me to apply what I had learned when I had volunteered. I graduated from UW Madison in 1997 and graduated from Massage School in 1998. My treatments have evolved to be a more profound combination of therapeutic massage and sometimes energy work, that are specifically tailored to the needs of each client. I am detailed and thorough in my approach that is both therapeutic and relaxing.

But my real yearning was not being fulfilled. I wanted to actually heal people's pain and discomfort, not just manage it, to have it return again. FINALLY, after waiting over 25 years, I am happy to have found modalities that are truly effective and make a REAL difference in people's lives, each in their own unique way.

MY SERVICES
Spinal Flow Technique®
Spinal Flow is a gentle touch to access points on the sacrum and head to help restore the Life Force in the spine and retrain the nervous system so your body can heal itself.
The spine is the master controller of the body. Nerves come from every vertebra and innervate all your organs, muscles, and tissues so you get to experience being human!

2x/week minimum. 12 sessions required.
RECONNECTION™
The Reconnection™ uses the frequencies of Reconnective Healing™ but is very precise in its application by the Practitioner. In this session, the Practitioner moves through a series of grids and lines Reconnecting you to the ley lines and gridwork of the Earth, and then Reconnects them all to the Universal grids in all dimensions of time and space.

Your already existing connection is strengthened to the All That Is/ Infinite/Universal Intelligence in time and space that allows for you to expand at a more accelerated rate to your life's potential!
Reconnective Healing™
You are Spirit First, Human second, Culture third, and all else after that. Your Spirit is the same as your "Energy" that occupies your human body.
Energy is frequency; therefore, it is measurable. Think of a pie and all the healing modalities out there today are a piece of the pie. Reconnective Healing™ is the whole pie PLUS more!
THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE
Currently not taking new clients or any gift certificate sales. After 28 years, it's time. I've had to cut back and am switching clients over to Spinal Flow which will replace massage soon while taking weekly and monthly regulars for now. Thank you all for seeing me for a massage and thank you for understanding I have limits too! I hope you give Spinal Flow a try!
